Are a Chartered Management Institute approved management and leadership development organisation based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, but delivering courses nationwide to both individual and corporate clients.

Founded in 1999, by David Broadhead, an academic entrepreneur with senior management industrial experience, we specialise in designing and  facilitating accredited, innovative development programmes that add real value to participants and organisations.

These programmes are specifically focused around appropriate and effective change management – both personal and organisational. All are designed to deliver the essential knowledge and understanding, personal development and skills necessary to survive and prosper in this new 21st century austere economic climate.

Through our previous franchise arrangement with Huddersfield University Business School , we delivered the MSc in Strategic Change Management, the Diploma in Management and Certificate in Management to both individual participants and dedicated in-house company programmes at various locations around the country. As a result one hundred and twenty six mature students in full-time employment successfully gained a post-graduate qualification this way.

Based upon the knowledge and expertise gained from delivering these specialised programmes, we have now developed a new partnership with the CMI to deliver highly cost and time effective strategic leadership development solutions designed to service the challenging needs of the so-called ‘decade of austerity’. To support this we will be offering in  2013 a series of complementary programmes for supervisors and middle managers.

We also facilitate an independent think-tank of former programme participants and like minded individuals called ‘the Forum’, where local businesses meet to discuss current economic issues, anticipate the future, then position their businesses so as to potentially benefit.

All our programmes are available to both individual participants and corporate clients as and when required with another key feature being our belief that programmes should run at times and locations that suit the participants, as opposed to the needs of the providing organisation – so please contact us to discuss your requirements.
